Vigil for life Monsignor Kutys, pastor of SS Peter and Paul parish, will hold a vigil at Saint Agnes Church on Saturday, January 7, 2012. The 8:00 AM Mass will be followed by Rosary Pilgrimage to Planned Parenthood located at number 8 South Wayne Street, West Chester.

Baby Bottles (Change for Life) During Advent, to support pro-life/ family-oriented causes including: Chester County Womens' Services Medical (including free ultrasound examinations to expectant moms to dissuade them from having abortions); Birthright of West Chester to provide health resources to women in crisis; Chester County Pro-Life Coalition; Generation Life, an organization of young adults who visit junior and senior high schools and church youth groups to promote the virtue of chastity among young adults; Mother's Home which provides a safe and caring environment for low income pregnant women who have no other housing, and supports the mothers and infants through the early months and helps them gain independence and prepare for the future through learning positive, practical life skills; and Rachel's Vineyard which helps women who have had abortions deal with post-abortion trauma and offers retreats and counseling to help women deal with this trauma.

Pro-Life - Join us on the first Saturday of each month for the Pro-Life Mass and Procession at 8am at Saint Agnes Church in West Chester, PA. For information on the Knights' Pro-Life activities, contact Charlie Carbo or Bob Borowski.

Free Throw Contest - Our Free throw contest for 10-14 year old girls and boys is held in January in the St. Maximilian Kolbe school gym. THE WINNERS WILL ADVANCE TO THE REGIONALS. Details TBA.

Essay Contest - Each Spring, the Knights sponsor an essay contest for eighth grade students at Saint Maximilian Kolbe School. The topic of the essay is: Responsibility of the Catholic Citizen in a Free Society. The winning student receives an award at the end-of-year graduation ceremony. Details TBA.
